Job Title: Aerospace Safety Manager

At The Job People, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Safety Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to lead our health and safety initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing policies to promote a culture of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of health and safety
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a health and safety management role
  • Nebosh qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
