Aerospace Safety Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Safety Manager to join our team at Professional Technical Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
