Job Title: Aerospace Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Saddlers Resourcing Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our clients' employees and contractors working on civil engineering projects across the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and report on health and safety performance
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on health and safety best practices
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent
  • CEnv or equivalent
  • SMSTS
  • Temporary Works qualification
  • CSCS Safety Professional card
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
