Pool Lifeguard Opportunity at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pool Lifeguard to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our Brick-Tastic pool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the pool area and enforce pool regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hotel Leisure Team to maintain a clean and tidy pool area.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to maintain and improve your lifeguarding skills.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current NPLQ qualification.
  • Ideal candidates will have a First Aid or Emergency Aid at work Certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • A good working knowledge of the PSOP and Health & Safety requirements of the area.
