As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes. You will also escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments. Our Person-Centred approach encourages maximum independence for our customers, and you will help achieve individual aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assistance with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments.
- Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as we offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone.
