Enterprise Account Manager - Italian Market

Location: London, UK

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, with a total package of £128,000 per annum including OTE

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Manager to focus on the Italian market, cultivating professional relationships with enterprise-level partners and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and develop professional relationships with enterprise-level partners in the Italian market.
  • Enhance client satisfaction and engagement through strategic account management and client support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent-level proficiency in Italian is essential.
  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing Sales or Account Development role.
  • Proven experience in account management or business development within the Italian market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
