We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Professional Skills Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team at DiverseJobsMatter. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play a key role in the development and implementation of our professional skills training programs.

Job Summary

The Professional Skills Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently. Additionally, this role will involve administering the learning platform, maintaining and updating training materials, tracking and reporting on training attendance, feedback, and outcomes.

About You
  • You have demonstrable experience in learning and development, HR, or an administrative role.
  • You possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS or LXPs).
  • You are enthusiastic about learner/customer experience, have strong organizational and time-management skills, and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
  • Administer the learning platform, maintaining and updating training materials.
  • Track and report on training attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Support trainers and participants during training sessions.
  • Liaise between the L&D team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in learning and development, HR, or an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS or LXPs).
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
