We are currently seeking a Technical Specialist to deliver post-sales technical assistance for our Genomics product line, which encompasses support for Automated Electrophoresis, qPCR, Microarray, and NGS technologies.

The selected candidate will be tasked with offering expert technical support for these solutions through various remote channels, including phone and email. This role requires a deep understanding of customer challenges, the ability to propose effective solutions, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical application support related to Agilent's innovative solutions.
  • Conduct remote diagnostics on instrument hardware, software, consumables, and applications.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our internal ticketing systems, adhering to company protocols for issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and repair centers.
  • Provide consolidated feedback to sales and field teams regarding customer concerns.
  • Develop and enhance technical resources for customer use.
  • Facilitate external scientific training sessions on Agilent's Genomics offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline is required, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Laboratory experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with molecular biology, automation, or NGS is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (French, Spanish, or Italian) are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • A genuine passion for sharing scientific knowledge with clients and colleagues is crucial.
