Community Care Specialist

Taking on the role of Community Care Specialist in our Perth & Kinross Housing and Support Service, you'll be working alongside individuals who require support due to various needs. This position involves delivering person-centred care through individualised support plans aimed at achieving mutually agreed outcomes. Relief workers enjoy autonomy in choosing their schedules as they submit time sheets to claim payment for hours worked. The organisation offers a competitive hourly rate of £19, paid on a monthly basis. Upon successful completion of a basic training programme, relief workers gain essential knowledge regarding operating safely and meeting the organisation's health and safety requirements.
Affiliated with our List of Approved Relief Workers, you will receive notifications from managers when suitable work becomes available.
