Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, supporting them with daily activities, and understanding their communication needs. You will also provide emotional support to individuals and their families, working collaboratively with significant people in their lives.
To succeed, you will be a strong communicator, able to engage well with others, and possess a positive attitude with a sense of humour.
