We are seeking a highly skilled Surveying Specialist to join our team at Kiota Recruitment in Littleport, near Ely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors within the construction and design industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed building surveys, prepare precise reports, identify defects, and provide remedial advice.
  • Offer expert advice on property legislation, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing consultancy services and strategic guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, ideally within a design consultancy environment or private sector. They should demonstrate exceptional technical expertise and excellent client-facing skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building surveying, preferably with a chartered status or working towards accreditation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
  • A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel for project work as required.

The salary for this position is estimated at £58,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a comprehensive package and opportunities for growth and professional development.
