Job Title: Asset Improvement Manager

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Asset Improvement Manager to join our team in Cambridgeshire. This role offers an estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £60,000.

About the Role:
This position involves advising on reinvestment programmes, conducting stock surveys, and providing specialist input on surveying matters. As an Asset Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying asset improvements in line with business plans and ensuring high-quality services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking disrepair assessments, awareness notices, stock condition surveys, and other property inspections in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Helping to develop strategies and plans for asset improvement projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Managing cyclical and capital work projects, making recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation for work specifications and quotations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should also possess proven experience in working with others to deliver property-related works and a working knowledge of legislations and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is also essential.
