Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT System Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the digital transformation of a prestigious organisation. As an IT System Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a user support function for ICT service delivery across multiple locations, driving the digital transformation of the organisation, and developing and implementing cutting-edge systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a User Support Function
    • Provide technical support to users across multiple locations
    • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Drive Digital Transformation
    • Develop and implement cutting-edge systems and solutions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and Implement Systems
    • Design and develop systems using the PRINCE2 methodology
    • Implement systems and solutions to meet business needs
  • Build Relationships
    • Build relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure ongoing support
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Conduct Risk Analysis
    • Conduct risk analysis and manage the ICT Infrastructure and architecture
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee Budgetary Management
    • Manage budgetary resources to ensure successful project delivery
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage People and Information Systems
    • Manage people and information systems to ensure successful project delivery
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Handle Supplier Relationship Management
    • Manage supplier relationships to ensure successful project delivery
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Negotiate and Manage Service Level Agreements
    • Negotiate and manage Service Level Agreements to ensure successful project delivery
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Research and Evaluate New Solutions
    • Research and evaluate new solutions and proposals
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Advise Senior IT Management
    • Advise Senior IT Management on the procurement of hardware, software, support, and services
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Procure Systems and Services
    • Procure systems and services to meet business needs
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology
  • Minimum of Three Years of ICT Project Management Experience
  • Valid Driving Licence and Access to Transport

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT System Analyst to join our team. As an IT System Analyst, you will have a degree in Information Technology and a minimum of three years of ICT project management experience. You will also have a valid driving licence and access to transport.
