Role Overview

MCS Group is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a market leading organisation in the industry. In this role, you will continually drive digital transformation projects across multiple areas of the business, ensuring the organisation's ever-evolving needs are met with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the challenges across the business and deliver solutions to meet them.
  • Identify areas of improvement where you see fit, across procedures, workflows, and IT systems.
  • Drive forward the implementation of new solutions using best practices.
  • Develop key relationships throughout the organisation to maximise your impact and utilise a wide variety of experience and skills to collectively deliver key projects.
  • Understand the challenges that lie ahead throughout an end-to-end delivery cycle and minimise these risks using all of your experience.
  • Provide detailed documentation of your findings, business plans, and project plans.
  • Train and ultimately ensure that your end users and stakeholders are kept up to date and are able to maximise the impact of your work.

Requirements

  • 5 years + in a similar role.
  • Be able to evidence your experience of leading new initiatives.
  • A proven track record of delivering business systems, ERP/CRM, finance systems, or other.
