About the Role
Massenhove Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Liability Claims Handler to join their growing Casualty team.
The role of the Liability Claims Handler is to efficiently handle EL & PL claims for both personal injury and third-party property damage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process Liability claims from inception to closure.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim validity and liability.
- Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and risk management, to ensure seamless claim handling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activity and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Liability claims handling, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
