About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team in Barrow. As a Community Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting service users in their daily lives, including personal care and medication management.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A caring and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of mental health needs and learning disabilities.
