As an HR Advisor at Sparsholt, you will play a key role in providing a high-quality, customer-focused HR service to staff and managers across the organization. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting them in all aspects of managing employee performance, while also participating in various projects and developments as agreed with the Director of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory HR services to staff and managers in designated areas of the Sparsholt College Group.
  • Support managers in all aspects of managing employee performance.
  • Participate in a range of projects and developments as agreed with the Director of HR.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external suppliers to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • A first degree or equivalent vocational/professional qualification.
  • Membership of CIPD or equivalent, or willingness to attain.
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, positive thinking, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and external suppliers at all levels.
