Experienced Dementia Care Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our specialist dementia nursing home. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well-being.
• Contribute to the efficient and effective day-to-day management of human resources involved in providing care through the staff team and ensuring that required standards are maintained.
• Be responsible for all staff receiving formal supervision and appraisals.
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals you support.
Requirements:
• Good IT skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A thorough understanding of CQC standards and experience of achieving outstanding and good CQC reports.
• Experience as a Home Manager within the elderly care sector, with a focus on dementia care.
