About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Operations Manager - UX to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define research goals, methodologies, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and UX Research team to define research goals, methodologies, and reporting requirements
  • Manage projects and work closely with recruiters, translators, and other vendors involved to ensure the quality of the research
  • Execute and moderate interviews and/or focus groups in the participant's local language
  • Design end-to-end research that informs actionable product decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX research experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on 1-2 projects simultaneously
  • Clear and active communication with the client Research team and cross-functional partners
  • User empathy and commitment to promoting the voice of users from all walks of life and digital experience

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 per year.
