About the Opportunity

We're seeking a High-End HVAC Team Lead to join our team at Integral UK Ltd, working on commercial sites across Greater London.

In this role, you will supervise and mentor our Air Conditioning engineers, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our clients.

  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-end air conditioning systems
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to team members and clients
  • Conduct site assessments and develop solutions for complex system issues
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • C&G 2079 Cat1 certification and relevant industry experience
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification and a strong mechanical and electrical background
  • F-Gas training and certification, as well as valid UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Proficiency in IT packages, including Outlook and Word

The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
