Job Description: High-End Sales Team Lead

USM Haller is looking for a results-driven High-End Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the sales team in achieving sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, ensuring our product offerings meet their expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions that drive sales.
  • Providing regular feedback to the CEO on sales performance and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the high-end retail sector.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
