Primary Care Nurse Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Primary Care Nurse to join our team at Marshalls Cross Medical Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong clinical and communication skills. You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, including those with chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of primary care nursing principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
* Assessing patients and developing individualised care plans
* Conducting chronic disease assessments and managing related conditions
* Providing routine vaccinations and health checks
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
* Registered Part 1 NMC qualification
* Post-registration studies in topics allied to primary care
* Basic Advanced Life Support certificate
* ECG and 24hr BP monitoring skills
