Care Home Dementia Support Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Secure Healthcare Solutions, a leading provider of healthcare services in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care to our service users with dementia. This will involve administering medications, assessing care needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will also supervise a team of care staff to ensure that shifts run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements- A valid NMC PIN
- Relevant nursing diploma or qualification
- DBS on the update service
We offer a competitive salary of £25.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Our benefits package includes flexible shift patterns, guaranteed weekly pay, and free training and uniform.
