Job Title: Dementia Support Assistant

Estimated Salary: £12.79 per hour plus 30p mileage, equating to approximately £24,965 - £32,020 per annum (dependent on hours worked).

Job Description: As a Dementia Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with dementia, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This may involve assisting with personal care, managing medications, and completing domestic tasks such as laundry and cleaning. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Required Skills and Qualifications: While prior social care experience is not necessary, we do require individuals who possess a non-judgmental attitude, empathy, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
