We are Four Seasons Hotels Ltd, a world-renowned hospitality company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through our people. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Steward Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant, as well as the maintenance of all restaurant and kitchen materials. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the efficient operation of the pot wash and dishwasher areas, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen and 'heart of house' areas, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Support the implementation of our recycling policy within the hotel and maintain the cleanliness of back-of-house areas.
