We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Steward to join our housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. As a House Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas, including reception, lobby, and corridors.
  • Support the Room Attendants with ad hoc duties in guest bedrooms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting them as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

About You:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills are essential.
  • Basic level of English communication is required.
  • A flexible and positive attitude is necessary to thrive in this role.
