Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front of House Manager to lead our theatre operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Oxford Playhouse is a registered charity dedicated to inspiring, engaging, and entertaining audiences through high-quality theatre productions and community programs.

This role involves duty managing performances at Oxford Playhouse, ensuring the safety of staff, customers, and visitors while providing consistently high standards of service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in front of house management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
