Dedicated SEN Tutor for Academic Excellence

Teaching Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic SEN Teacher to join our team in Kirkby, Knowsley, and make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
Key Duties- Develop and teach tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN pupils in Key Stage 1.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other support staff to create and implement effective IEPs.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
- Regularly monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive experience teaching Key Stage 1.
- Demonstrate a successful track record of working with students with diverse SEN requirements.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of SEN theories and practices.
- Be passionate about inclusive education and committed to creating a culture of equality.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus SEN allowance.
