Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Professional. As a key member of our station team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience on our trains and at our stations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive and personable customer service to customers on our trains and at our stations.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure that customers receive a seamless and efficient service.
- Assist customers with purchasing tickets, providing train service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment at our stations.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Smart and well-presented.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work a varying shift pattern, including early starts and night-time working.
