Insurance Customer Adviser Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Customer Adviser to join our team at KD Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our insurance business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing clients via telephone and email
  • Process and administer insurance policies with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage new business administration, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and queries
  • Collect payments in line with company and client expectations
  • Liaise with insurers on behalf of clients, keeping them informed and updated at all stages
  • Identify and act on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance our insurance broking business

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Fully computer literate with MS Office
  • Able to learn new systems and processes

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5.00
  • Hybrid working available after 6 months
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Additional annual leave given over Christmas and New Year
  • Healthcare scheme and a death in service policy
