Job Description
Clearfield is currently looking for a Building Maintenance Worker to work at our Saint Austell, Cornwall location. As part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including loading skips, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting material movements.

Main Tasks
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Participate in regular site cleaning operations
• Assist colleagues in maintaining a safe working environment

Required Skills
• Holding a valid CSCS card
• Wearing required PPE (3-point) consistently
• Being proficient in handling a full set of tools

Work Schedule
Our standard working hours are 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday, with free on-site parking provided. The annual compensation package ranges from £23,000 to £28,000, based on prior work experience.
