Job Title: Activities Coordinator - Care Homes

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Activities Coordinator to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating a range of interesting and stimulating activities for residents in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate activities for residents, including events and outings
  • Work closely with residents to understand their interests and preferences
  • Develop and implement activity programs that promote social interaction and engagement
  • Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities are tailored to individual needs
  • Organize and manage events, such as Christmas parties and Summer fairs
  • Contribute to the development of a nurturing environment for staff

Requirements:

  • Motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a care or social care setting
  • Knowledge of activity planning and coordination
  • Ability to develop and implement activity programs
