Job Title: Account Management Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum

Location: Thame

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts, building and nurturing relationships to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
  • Load accurate customer order information into the computer system through works orders and purchase order placement
  • Maintain works order dates and enquiry files with up-to-date information
  • Create job packs for production, including works orders, drawings, and labels
  • Complete margin analysis for all customer orders
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders according to agreed delivery dates
  • Accurately raise invoices
  • Redirect incoming calls as necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background within customer service
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar account management role is desirable
