We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Dexters Estate Agent Group and act as a trusted ambassador for our Lettings business.

As a key member of the Tenancy and Property Management Teams, you will be responsible for delivering consistently excellent service to drive growth and retention of Landlords and our portfolio.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with your Property Management team to ensure all properties are legal, safe, and ready for occupation.
  • Deliver a five-star service to our landlords and tenants through the life cycle of a fully managed property.
  • You will carry out Pre-Tenancy Inspections to ensure that properties meet our high standards.
  • You will undertake administrative tasks, keeping records and logs up to date.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with our Landlords and Tenants.
  • You will check that works are completed and keep all parties updated.
  • Assist at the end of tenancies, including communication regarding deposit returns.
  • Resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Promote our refurbishments team to improve the quality of our portfolio.
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation.
  • Attend regular morning meetings with relevant Lettings teams to ensure excellent communication.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous property management experience is essential.
  • You must be able to deliver excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Persistent and tenacious.
  • A team player.
  • Natural ability to troubleshoot with a keen desire to succeed.
  • Ability to cope well under pressure.
