About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive business growth, increase profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Continuously monitor branch performance, analysing outputs and identifying areas for improvement to meet targets and expectations.
  • Portfolio Growth: Maintain a comprehensive register, generating and winning market appraisals and instructions to grow the managed portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and motivate the lettings team to achieve and exceed results, leading by example and demonstrating strong industry knowledge.
  • Customer Experience: Consistently drive and deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring 5-star reviews and legislative compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of work experience with a successful sales record in residential lettings, ideally in the UK.
  • People Management: Proven people management experience, preferably managing a team of 2+ people.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the residential lettings sector, local lettings market, key legislation, and marketing strategies.
  • Licence: Valid UK driving licence with less than 6 points.
