About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engagement Officer to join our team at ZEDRA Group. As a key member of our governance team, you will provide high-quality governance and trustee secretarial functions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, delivering against the needs and demands of our clients.
  • Have a sound knowledge of the pension industry and current issues affecting the market.
  • Be a point of contact for clients and advisers, helping to manage and build relationships.
  • Identify and pursue fee-generating opportunities with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory deadlines.
  • Work closely with Client Directors to ensure progress on tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience working within the pension industry.
  • First-class client service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of UK pensions and scheme governance.
  • Desirable but not essential: relevant qualifications such as APMI, FIA, or CFA.
