Internship Overview

This unpaid internship is part of our Cybersecurity Training & Internship Program under RIGTIP. You will work on real-world security and marketing tasks, gaining hands-on experience in:

  • Cybersecurity Projects: Engage in vulnerability management, threat modeling, and secure system design.
  • Global Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, from social media campaigns to search engine optimization.
  • Practical Application Security: Apply security testing methodologies like SAST, DAST, and IAST on live projects.
  • Data Analysis for Marketing: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our business, including:

  • DevSecOps CI/CD Development: Build and deploy CI/CD pipelines for Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST).
  • Security Methodologies: Apply OWASP methodologies to enhance security in real-world projects.
  • System Security and Vulnerability Management: Build secure systems, understand vulnerability assessment principles, and develop strategies for vulnerability management.
  • Threat Modeling and Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, perform threat modeling on web application architecture, and create effective strategies for mitigating vulnerabilities.
  • Open-source Intelligence and Reconnaissance: Utilize online intelligence applications for passive reconnaissance and perform footprinting to gather essential data for ethical hacking.
  • Advanced Scanning Techniques: Master tools like NMAP and NPING for network scanning, focusing on scanning beyond traditional security barriers like IDS and firewalls.
  • Web Application Security: Develop a deep understanding of web applications, their vulnerabilities, and effective prevention techniques.
