About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformational Delivery Lead to join our team at Zazu-Digital. As a key member of our Digital and Data Service space, you will play a pivotal role in defining, documenting, and safely executing medium to large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of openness and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external technology and delivery partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct business impact assessments to understand how changes will affect business units and roles.

Requirements

  • Transformational Leadership: Highly motivated, collaborative, and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to communicate with authority, negotiate effectively, and influence others.
  • Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of processes, workflows, tools, and methodologies.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Project management experience in custom-designed, full life-cycle projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build influential relationships with internal and external users, suppliers, and partners at the senior management level.
  • Agile Mindset: Knowledge of project management best practices and the use of Agile and Lean tools and techniques.
