Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and drive results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and generate leads.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, enhancing their skills and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and set goals.
- Communicate effectively with other teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to lead a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
