Channel Account Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Account Director to join our dynamic Partnership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing and managing regional partner accounts, with expertise in channel sales strategies and commercial negotiations.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans to drive revenue growth, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary resources to meet performance objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, identifying new revenue opportunities and driving growth through joint marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Commercial Negotiations: Collaborate with partners to negotiate agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Regularly communicate with partners to ensure alignment on sales strategies, objectives, and growth targets, working closely with internal teams to provide support and resources as needed.
- Strategic Planning: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers and key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective partnership management.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build trust with partners.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and driving revenue growth through effective partnership management.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, with a flexible approach to work and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
