Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience in a social work leadership position, preferably in safeguarding.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
