We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team, working closely with site management teams to develop strategies and initiatives related to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to drive improved operational performance and make a real difference in our organization.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, improving efficiency and profitability across our production facilities. Your demonstrable expertise in continuous improvement approaches, such as six sigma and lean manufacturing, will enable you to drive consistency in our CI approach and best practice sharing. Additionally, your ability to deliver impactful training and lead large-scale CI programmes will be crucial in influencing our organizations and achieving our goals.

About the Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for a talented individual who wants to make a real difference in our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, improving efficiency and profitability across production facilities.
- Develop and oversee sites' CI programme, ensuring consistency in CI approach and best practice sharing.
- Lead functional leadership of CI activity and resources on site basis.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience of continuous improvement approaches (e.g. six sigma, lean six sigma, lean manufacturing).
- Demonstrable track record of leading successful delivery of specific continuous improvement projects.
- Demonstrable track record of leading large-scale CI programmes, including influencing organisations.
- Computer literacy, Excel, Word and PowerPoint to at least intermediate level.
- Evidence of ability to deliver successful & impactful training.
