The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with foodservice wholesalers and buying group customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with key foodservice customers, including wholesalers and buying groups.
  • Negotiate and implement cost price increases, joint business plans, and promotional support to drive business growth.
  • Execute account agreements and ensure a positive ROI for Regal, optimizing profitability.
  • Secure new listings and distribution to support Regal's growth, including incremental product range and new product brands.
  • Drive new business development, creating and executing channel breakthrough strategies and joint business plans.
  • Analyze market, category, and account data to gain insights and develop account and channel strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders, directing workload and direction of customer projects and customer fulfillment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the foodservice channel, ideally managing national foodservice wholesalers.
  • Understanding of foodservice businesses and their ways of working, including buying group head offices and key end users.
