iTrent Workstream Manager

Job Overview

Practicus is seeking an experienced iTrent Workstream Lead to join our team on a 7-month contract. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a workstream end-to-end as we transition from a group perspective to the most recent version of iTrent and amalgamate our ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a workstream team to implement iTrent, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with the project and systems teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Liaise with end-users to understand their needs and provide support throughout the implementation process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to ensure the successful implementation of iTrent, including training and support for end-users.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in end-to-end Payroll and HR implementation, with a strong track record of leading workstream teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Working Arrangements

This is a 7-month contract, working predominantly from home with occasional travel to sites across the UK. Expenses will be covered, and you will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
