About the Role:
As a Team Leader at Greene King, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our pubs. Your primary responsibility will be to lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and setting high standards for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a memorable experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Deputise for the management team, resolving issues and making decisions in their absence.
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, maintaining a safe, legal, and clean environment.
