Insurance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Team Lead to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and Development Executives to drive growth through improved retention, cross-sales, and new client sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Account Executive/Development Executive team to meet their targets and provide support on client issues.
- Review the market and relevant sectors to understand new opportunities, performance against competitors, and provide the team with clear advice and direction.
- Lead the team to deliver the best customer outcomes, meeting all Consumer Duty requirements, and work collaboratively with the Branch Director to achieve financial targets.
- Implement risk management plans to ensure every colleague meets risk and quality assurance requirements.
- Work with the Branch Director to highlight potential barriers to retention or new sales and promote opportunities for business growth.
- Proven track record of managing teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory framework.
- Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of delivering top and bottom-line performance and growth, organically and inorganically.
- Proven experience of managing a P&L Budget and client relationships.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with teams and stakeholders across the business at all levels.
- People management skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and guiding others.
