Insurance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Team Lead to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and Development Executives to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer retention.
- Develop and implement regional sales and retention strategies to drive business growth.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
- Collaborate with the Branch Director to achieve financial targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead on risk management and quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of managing teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory framework.
- Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to deliver top and bottom-line performance and growth, organically and inorganically.
- Experience of managing client relationships and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing and motivating team members.
