We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Practitioner to join our team at Holyrood Castleton. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth operation of the nursery.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified level 3 practitioner or above with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You will have experience in supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high-quality care for children.
