Opportunity for a Motivated Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established multi-disciplinary practice in Cornwall, renowned for their comprehensive understanding of the intricate planning process.

The successful candidate will have experience in a planning-related role, ideally within a consultancy or local authority setting. They will be a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organised, flexible, proactive, and commercially minded.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The company has a strong track record of securing planning permissions for even the most challenging sites, managing a nationwide portfolio that includes high-end residential developments, commercial and tourism schemes, luxury coastal properties, bespoke homes, and renewable energy developments.
