Job Description:
The Helpdesk Customer Support Agent position plays a pivotal role in providing top-notch chat customer service, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions to clients by identifying issues, conducting thorough research, and guiding clients through effective solutions.
- Document events and resolutions in a comprehensive and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with clients, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensure adherence to all prescribed processes and procedures to maintain high standards of quality.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service/call centre experience is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
- Basic PC and MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
- A passion for technology and staying updated on advancements is a must.
