Job Description:

The Helpdesk Customer Support Agent position plays a pivotal role in providing top-notch chat customer service, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to clients by identifying issues, conducting thorough research, and guiding clients through effective solutions.
  • Document events and resolutions in a comprehensive and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with clients, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure adherence to all prescribed processes and procedures to maintain high standards of quality.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service/call centre experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
  • Basic PC and MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
  • A passion for technology and staying updated on advancements is a must.

Working Hours and Location:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • 6-month fixed contract.
  • Onsite on Tuesday and Wednesday, Remote Office on Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
